Note: When choosing to use mine camera products, pay attention to whether the planned use method is within the scope of use specified by the product (in the camera's test report), so as not to cause illegal use! From the perspective of the use of electrical appliances, many functions exist, but they must be used within the scope of the product regulations to avoid illegal use! The scope of application of the product shall be defined in the product identification report.

The overall performance is divided into 1) the basic functional performance meets the regulations, and 2) the safety performance meets the national regulations.

Mine camera selection steps and common selection problems:

1, understand the plan may use the method, figure out the configuration required by the system, especially the wiring form (will determine which type of camera to use).

2. When realizing the overall performance of this system, we must firmly grasp the above two aspects of the overall performance. The lack of one cannot be legalized, let alone the overall performance. For some units, although they have temporarily realized the electrical functions of the system, they have ignored or failed to understand the meaning of performance, or have been misled by the manufacturers to adopt illegal methods and violate the scope of application passed and confirmed by the experiment, they will confirm that the system is in good condition, which will bring troubles to themselves in the future and even involve legal responsibilities!

3. Error-prone places in the selection:

3.1 cameras are conventionally intrinsically safe and flameproof. There is no difference between good and bad in coal mines. The difference between high and low is that they have achieved explosion-proof function under the conditions strictly stipulated by the state. The choice of both is reasonable! Don't have any choice to worry about, or be misled.

The external characteristics of 3.2 cameras are mainly the difference in output form: several products are produced in China, but you have to ask for a test report! Otherwise, the user's illegal use has nothing to do with the manufacturer and should bear the corresponding responsibility.

① Optical fiber (optical signal) output type; only optical fiber output is allowed

② Video electrical signal output type; only coaxial cable output is allowed

The optical fiber (optical signal) output and video electrical signal output can be output (dual output type); allow optical signal and electrical signal output at the same time, select the output.

Note: General mine-used optical fiber cameras can output video electrical signals, but it is illegal to use them without the permission of the national laboratory test report! This is a serious violation of important indicators-safety performance (mandatory provisions).

4. Performance indicators of video system:

Most of the 4.1 mine cameras choose black and white cameras, most of the high-quality cameras are 1/2CCD cameras, and the low-end ones choose 1/3 and 1/4CCD cameras. The choice here will cause huge differences in effect performance and stability, but it is not directly related to electrical safety performance.

4.2 mine camera is not a combination of the purchased spare parts machinery. In addition to safety performance, the use performance is also based on various improvements (impatience elimination, etc.) and strict ex-factory (outbound) tests, conforming to the national standards.

The choice of 4.3 illumination: choose the camera 0.0003Lux/1.2. because the camera uses a small range of light changes in the underground, choose the original fixed aperture lens instead of the automatic aperture lens!
